2024 at The Well in numbers…

For over 30 years, The Well has championed ethnic minority communities in South East Glasgow, a community rich in resilience. We meet people ready to build a new life and strong future who may face systemic barriers like poverty, social isolation, culture and language hurdles or complex UK institutional systems. 

The Well exists to bridge that gap.

Through our one-to-one Advice Consultations and friendship-building activities, we provide the knowledge and connections individuals need to thrive, build a secure future, and become confident contributors to the wider community.
