We completed our first Life Skills Programme at the end of last year and have just started a new 10-week programme with five new female participants.
The first 10 weeks were rewarding for both participants and staff as steps were taken towards achieving goals. Between the four participants, new classes were joined, tests were passed, wellbeing massages were enjoyed and skills were developed including digital, English language and time management.
One participant said: “I feel this programme has helped me to move faster towards achieving my goals.”
Our Life Skills Coordinator commented: “It was great to see participants implement the skills and methods they had learned into every day life.”
