How to Get Here:
Our centre has a wide entrance door suitable for wheelchair users. There are also disabled toilets available.
Some of our activities or events take place in Govanhill Free Church. Activities are downstairs where disabled toilets are available. On the occasion that we use upstairs, there is lift access.
We do not routinely have translators available so please feel free to bring a friend or family member to translate for you if necessary. Our staff and volunteers are excellent communicators and take time to understand you if your English is limited. If you have come for an Advice Consultation, please bring along all letters/documents that you may be referring to.
We have a few volunteer Community Translators that we can call upon if required but we cannot guarantee that they will be available when attend.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have put the following protocols into place to keep our clients, volunteers and staff as safe as possible:
· Hand gel to apply on entry
· Masks are available and encouraged to be worn at all times
· Reduced capacity of waiting room due to social distancing requirements
· The format of all our groups (ESOL, Chai and Chat, Bubbles) are being amended. Contact us for details.
We will continually seek advice about when and if it is safe to alter these protocols.
