Making a Difference: Our Monthly Impact (20 Oct – 20 Nov 2025)

At The Well, every single day is dedicated to supporting our community in South East Glasgow through a myriad of challenges. We believe in transparency and celebrating the hard work our team puts in, and the incredible resilience of the people we serve. As we close out the period from 20th October to 20th November 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the significant impact we’ve had together.

A Snapshot of Last Month’s Impact:

Our latest figures speak to the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and the need for the services we provide. In just one month, we were proud to report:

• 176+ cases worked on: Each case represents an individual or family seeking guidance, support, and solutions often during difficult times. From navigating legal frameworks to finding essential resources, our team works tirelessly to advocate for and empower our clients.

• 305+ clients helped: This number isn’t just a statistic; it’s 305+ individuals who walked through our doors  seeking assistance and left with a clearer path forward, renewed hope, or concrete solutions. The ripple effect extends much further. 

• 1083+ visits made to the Advice Centre: This figure highlights just how many times our community turns to us. Each visit is an opportunity for connection, advice, and practical help, ensuring no one feels alone in their challenges.

More Than Just Numbers: The Breadth of Our Work

While these monthly statistics offer a powerful glimpse into our recent activity, they are part of a much larger picture. The challenges faced by our community are diverse and often interconnected. Over the course of the year, The Well provides comprehensive support across a vast range of issues.

As you can see from this chart, our work encompasses everything Welfare Rights such as Universal Credit that support families, to providing information and advice on Housing and Immigration, to assisting with Employment searches, as well as navigating Council Tax and Utilities. Each segment represents an area where individuals and families need advice and compassionate support.

We are incredibly proud to be a hub for the community offering wholistic advice and support.
