People often think the Advice Centre is only for the “heavy” stuff, the struggles, the paperwork, and the difficult hurdles. And while we are always here for those moments, lately our rooms have been filled with something else: Joy.
We’ve had families we’ve supported for a long time stop by not because they had a problem to solve, but because they had a milestone to share. From the incredible news of getting a job back, to becoming a new citizen, to the arrival of a beautiful new baby, to moving into a new home, our “advice” sessions are turning into celebrations!Â
