In 2024, a client came to us in the midst of an employment dispute. Having been in their role for over 10 years, they were suddenly facing employment uncertainty, alongside concerns regarding workplace conditions and potential racism.

Employment disputes can shake your confidence, your identity, and your sense of security. For our client, it wasn’t just a job on the line, it was over a decade of dedication and hard work.

As an advice centre, we aren’t legal professionals, and we are always clear about that. However, we knew that what our client needed most was stability and a voice.
