We like to keep track of how our clients are enjoying our services and activities and to look for ways to improve. We decided on a ‘different’ way to gather this information from the ladies who attend our ‘Chai and Chat’ women’s social/craft group this week. We started with a ball of yarn and threw it to someone, who then had to say a comment about what they like or dislike about Chai and Chat. This participant then unravelled some yarn and threw it to someone else and soon we had created a web of yarn!
All the feedback was very positive, with comments such as:
“It makes my Tuesday special meeting with lovely ladies every week.”
“I like to come here because all of you have been such good friends to me during my time here- I want us all to be friends forever.”
“I like coming to learn different things.”
