Join Our Team: Head of Women and Family Support

At The Well, we know that true community resilience is built on connection. Our Head of Women and Family Support (HWF) plays a vital role in this mission, creating safe spaces and providing the long-term, root-cause interventions that combat isolation and promote integration.

Every year, we walk alongside 125–150 women and children. To maintain this important and  lasting connection, we are looking for a dedicated leader to join our team. If you are passionate about building relationships and empowering women and families, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the work, this is a woman only post, recognised as a Genuine Occupation Requirement in Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
