What about volunteering in The Well . . .?

Have you got about 4 hours to spare?

Would you like to help people whose first language is not English?

Have you considered how you can show “God’s love to the stranger” who is your neighbour?

We have opportunities to volunteer in The Well, and we would love to hear from you, if you feel that God is calling you to be a part of this work?

Here’s what some volunteers said when I asked them for one sentence about working in The Well:

“The Well gives me the opportunity to help people”

“Volunteering at The Well gives me challenge, stimulation and satisfaction”

“You get so much back than you give”

“It gives me the chance to help people who have many difficulties”

“Everyone is so supportive, you feel a part of a family”

  1. Greetings!
My name is Sally Weltner. Your resource center sounds like a wonderful place to volunteer. I’m looking for a way to serve the Lord this summer in Glasgow and would like very much to get in touch with you. I tried several times to use the info email listed under the “contact us” tab but it appears to be broken.
If someone there might have the time I would love to find out more about the Well, discuss ways I might be of service to your organization and tell you more about myself. I look forward to hearing from you really soon.
    Sally

e-mail me as above , our minister John Whitehead sold bags at church recently, leading to my enquiry. thank you Diana Douglas
